Following the innovation strategy & roadmap created beforehand for your business, we identify together during a half-day session, the key elements that we would need to look in the market
Research of potential solutions globally (e.g.: new technologies, startups,etc.) focusing on the themes & key areas identified
Screening of the finest and more disruptive startups, new technologies and/or partners together with the project lead. The selected partners would have to successfully pass the due diligence process in order to be chosen
A 2 days sprint to validate the integration of the solution/ technology between the organization & startup or partner. Covering desirability, viability and feasibility of the new solution or venture
